How to lodge a traffic infringement objection
- To lodge an electronic traffic infringement objection, use your Taxisnet credentials to log into gov.gr and choose “Appeal against an act of confirmation of an infringement”. Click here
- Alternatively, send an e-mail to the Service that issued the infringement notice. For any information, call the Service that issued the infringement notice. Hellenic Police services communication info, is available here
- If you cannot lodge an objection online, you can lodge it in person to the Service that issued the infringement notice.
- To lodge an objection, please follow these steps:
a)Complete this form and submit it in Greek.
b) Attach the infringement confirmation act you are objecting to, along with any relevant proof of payment, a copy of your identity card or passport, the vehicle registration certificate, your driving licence, as well as any other supporting document (such as medical certificates,certificates proving possible mechanical damage, family status certificates, etc.).
c) To recover any removed vehicle registration and driving licence items, please address the Service that issued the infringement notice.
