According to C (2020) 1114 of 21-02-2020 Commission Implementing Decision, residence documents issued under Article 18 (4) of WA, have the uniform format for residence permits for third-country national laid down in Regulation (EC) No 1030/2002 and its annex, as amended by Regulation 380/2008 and Regulation (EU) 2017/1954.
The validity of the residence permit to be issued to the WA beneficiaries, who have not acquired the right of permanent residence in Greece, in accordance with the provisions of articles 15 and 16 of the WA, is five (5) years.
The validity of the residence permit to be issued to the WA beneficiaries, who have acquired the right of permanent residence in Greece, in accordance with the provisions of articles 15 and 16 of the WA, is ten (10) years.

On the residence permit, there is an indication for:
a) the right of permanent residence(if applicable)
b) the family members (if applicable) and
c) the full access to the job market.
For the issuance of the residence permit, there is requirement for fingerprinting.
