In the context of the Policy Against Crime for the year 2005, the Hellenic Police Force deploys its forces in operations under the name “POLIS” in various areas of Greece. These operations aim at fighting against crime, mainly in crime-generating areas, with targeted and selective actions covering all fields of police authority.
